Anxiety in the Workplace

In our current culture of productivity, many millennials face unprecedented amounts of stress and anxiety in the workplace. Many apps exist in order to help, but most are meditative, and do not address the immediacy and need for low level distraction. Relax attempts to provide a virtual fidget tool to release internal tension through haptic feedback. Along with with quickly accessible fidget games, deeper in the app lie analytics and information on how to combat stress and keep track of use and progress in order to provide a wholistic experience.
Haptic responses as you play engage the hand and create a more immersive experience.
Haptic responses allow for counting without watching, helping to refocus mind and shift thoughts away from anxiety inducing mindsets.
Haptic responses within this piece would allow for the user to engage more bodily to increasing and decreasing vibrations.
User Testing
Through iteration and feedback from workplace professionals, and through secondary research, the app . developed a design language that was simple and quick while also enough depth to engage.
